The founder of Kinesics Angela Podolsky, is the only Paul Ekman Associate operating in Canada. Angela brings unique set of skills, experience and tools to help both leaders and their organizations. She believes that understanding our own emotions (EQ) along with the emotions of others is fundamental skill for leaders to be successful and effective. Angela has a passion for empowering leaders and organizations to acquire the tools needed to build the skills for success.
Angela and her team offer a wide array of training based on the practical application of scientific research in the area of non-verbal communication and credibility analysis. Training sessions are customized to client’s needs which may include consulting sessions, workshops and keynote speaking engagements. She has worked with a variety of companies, including Rogers, Bombardier, Belairdirect, W-Hotels, ReMax, SunLife Financial, and the Montreal Chamber of Commerce. She has been asked to teach at both McGill University and the John Molson School of Business and was featured on CJAD 800 radio, UK HR magazine, Financial Post and The Suburban.
